Welcome to Wemoji! Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using our application or services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Wemoji is an application that allows you to create, save, and manage stickers for use on WhatsApp and other compatible platforms.

2. Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Ownership

All intellectual property rights related to the Wemoji app, its content, design, and features are owned by PT. Starva Digital Teknologi or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without our written permission.

4. User Content

• You are solely responsible for any content you upload or create using Wemoji, including photos, text, stickers, and emoji.
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content as needed to provide the Service features (e.g., free-hand crop, AI background remover, face crop).
• We do not claim ownership over your content. However, certain features may use automated processing or third-party services.

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to moderate or remove any content that violates laws, public norms, or our policies, including but not limited to content containing violence, pornography, hate speech, or discrimination.

6. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data. You understand and agree that features like AI background remover or face cropping may involve temporary server-side processing. We do not store or share personal data unnecessarily.

7. Advertising and Third Parties

Wemoji may show ads. We’re not responsible for third-party content or services accessed through our app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, especially for violations. No compensation is guaranteed.

9. No Warranty

We strive for a high-quality experience but make no guarantees about AI results. Use at your own discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

We’re not liable for any damages. Your only remedy is to stop using the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to hold Wemoji harmless from any claims related to your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in courts within our jurisdiction.
