Welcome to Wemoji! To maintain a respectful, creative, and legally safe environment, all users are required to follow our Content Guidelines when creating or sharing content on Wemoji.

By using Wemoji, you agree not to upload, create, or share content that violates these rules. Repeated violations may result in content removal or account suspension.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or create any content that includes:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Violent or gory content
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Bullying, harassment, or threats
• Terrorism or violent extremism

• Graphic depictions of self-harm or suicide
• Illegal activities, drugs, or weapons

2. Copyrighted or Trademarked Content

• Do not upload copyrighted content you don’t own or have permission to use (e.g., TV shows, movie characters, logos, celebrities).
• Do not upload company trademarks or logos unless you are authorized.
• Stickers made using other people's work (art, memes, photography, etc.) must have proper rights or licenses.

We comply with the DMCA and may remove content upon receiving valid takedown requests.

3. Personal or Sensitive Data

You are not allowed to upload:

• Photos of private individuals without consent
• Government IDs, phone numbers, or any personal info
• Screenshots of private conversations or chat messages

4. AI-Generated Content

Wemoji offers tools like AI background removal, face crop, and free-hand editing. Use these features responsibly:

• Do not create misleading content using faces or likenesses of real people.
• Avoid generating fake or manipulated content that could harm others.

5. Community Respect

Wemoji is a space for creativity and fun. Help us maintain a safe and inclusive community by:

• Respecting different cultures and viewpoints.
• Avoiding content that could be interpreted as offensive, racist, or inappropriate.
• Reporting content that violates these guidelines via the Report option in the app or by emailing us at wemoji.io@gmail.com

6. Commercial Use

Unless explicitly approved by Wemoji:

• Do not use stickers to advertise, sell, or promote products or services.
• Do not offer Wemoji sticker packs for sale outside our platform.

7. Enforcement & Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Remove any content that violates our Terms or Guidelines without prior notice.
• Disable accounts that repeatedly break the rules.
• Share takedown details with relevant parties in compliance with laws and platform policies.

8. Want to Dispute a Takedown?

If your content has been removed and you believe it was taken down by mistake, you may submit a DMCA Counter Notification Form
