DMCA Takedown Policy

Wemoji respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to valid takedown notices concerning copyright infringement.
1. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through the Wemoji app, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and needs to be removed or access to which is to be disabled.
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Submit Your Notice
If you believe that content on Wemoji infringes your copyright, you can file a report via our Copyright Infringement Report (DMCA Takedown Request)
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed content and its original location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the court.
4. Repeat Infringers
Wemoji reserves the right to terminate user accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with our Terms of Use.
